hey vicki

thank you for the updates in your journal. your personality and sense of humor just shine right through and make me appreciate who you are and what you are going through – you are an amazing woman and offer this world so much! i have been checking the site throughout the day and was so relieved to hear that the surgery went well. the details you provided about kevin’s “tethering” were great as was pointing to Alysse to help. the road to recovery may be long but you guys are finally moving in the right direction (loved your wilderness analogy, btw). know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours…

Yeah! We are so happy to hear the surgery is done and over with and now you’re on the road to recovery. Your mom and dad are so right – it may be a rough road in spots and may seem like it goes on forever at times, but it’s better than wandering lost and with no idea where you’re headed. YOU are on the road to recovery, headed towards getting well and being healthy. We’re going to send some food your way… well, food for your family and supporters. Sushi, wings or both? And when you’re able to eat, we’ll hook you up with more. Take care, bud, and be strong!
Love, The Corrigans
